Tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package
We're sorry, we know how stressful this is. Packages marked delivered usually turn up after a few simple checks:
1. Look around the delivery spot, back or side doors, and with neighbors.
2. Check with your building's front desk or mailroom.
3. Wait until the end of the next business day; carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a little early.
If it still hasn't appeared, file a claim with the carrier, which is the party that investigates missing deliveries. A
