We ship quickly, so write to help@ziruma.com right away with your order number. If the order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel it or update the address.
Once an order has shipped we can no longer change it. In that case you can refuse the delivery when the carrier arrives, and the package will come back to us for a refund.
