When your order ships, we email you the carrier and a tracking link. That email is the fastest way to follow it.
- Not shipped yet: your order is being prepared at our fulfillment center. You will get the tracking email automatically as soon as it leaves.
- Several packages: larger orders can ship in separate boxes that arrive on different days, each with its own tracking link.
- Bought on Amazon: Amazon orders are tracked under Your Orders in your Amazon account. Shipments from Amazon UK and Europe are handled entirely by Amazon.
Delivery dates are the carrier's estimates. If tracking has not moved for several days, write to help@ziruma.com with your order number.
