- Look around the delivery spot, back or side doors, and with neighbors.
- Check with your building's front desk or mailroom.
- Wait until the end of the next business day; carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a little early.
If it still hasn't appeared, file a claim with the carrier, which is the party that investigates missing deliveries. A report to your local police can help support the claim. Then write to us at help@ziruma.com with your order number so we can follow up with you.
