Wood moves when it dries out. Warping usually happens when a board isn't reconditioned regularly, or is left wet or near heat.
Keep it conditioned with a food-grade oil or beeswax, dry it right away after washing, and store it on its edge. If your board arrived warped, write to help@ziruma.com with your order number and a photo.
