Where are Ziruma products made?

Our products are designed with care and responsibly manufactured with trusted partners in China, Indonesia, Costa Rica and the USA.

Are Ziruma products food safe and tested?

Yes. All our products are made with food-grade materials and are independently tested for safety. Some of our testing is done by Light Labs, an independent laboratory, and our silicone is LFGB tested. If you need documentation for a specific product, write to help@ziruma.com and tell us which item it is.

Which products are dishwasher safe?

Most of our products are dishwasher safe — silicone utensils, glass containers and lids, stainless steel bowls, pans and the French press. The exceptions are wood and the electric vacuum pump: cutting boards and wooden utensils should be hand washed and dried right away, and the pump should never go in the dishwasher. For silicone and lids, the top rack is best.

Restocks and discontinued items

When an item is out of stock we usually don't have a confirmed restock date; the product page is the best place to check, and if you write to us we're happy to let you know when it's back. Some items have been discontinued — for example, the 7-piece utensil set (discontinued in 2024); our current utensil sets come with 6 pieces.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters are in Miami, Florida. We ship from partner facilities on both the East and West Coast. Unfortunately, we do not offer walk-in visits at this time.
