Each wooden utensil is carved from a single piece of solid FSC-certified acacia wood. To care for them, hand wash with warm water and mild soap, then dry immediately. Our utensils come lightly treated with a food-grade, cotton-based water lacquer that is meant to wash off, as well as with an organic beeswax blend beneath the surface for added protection. To maintain their natural shine and extend their lifespan, we recommend conditioning them regularly with a food-safe oil or beeswax blend. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and prolonged exposure to heat or moisture.
