- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original packaging. We can't accept returns without the original box.
- Changed your mind, wrong size or color: you're welcome to return it; the return shipping is on your side, with the carrier of your choice. We're a small business and do our best to keep costs down.
- Arrived damaged or defective: that's on us, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item arrives back with us.
- After 30 days, our 1-year warranty applies.
To start a return, write to help@ziruma.com with your order number before shipping anything — we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Orders placed on Amazon are returned through Your Orders in your Amazon account.
